1 optional king-sized bedroom with view and A/C that can be isolated from the rest of the house by a lockable door. It has separate outside entry. You can rent it with the house or if you don’t need it, the room can be excluded from the rental, the difference is $300US per day.
1 nicely decorated nanny room with a single bed. The window faces the back of the house.
